Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply choose your style from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

Q: I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?

A: Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.

Q: Will I get my item before a holiday?

A: If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, 2-4 weeks before the date the holiday is happening otherwise there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not to held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.  Hello@metabolichealthco.ca

Q: What's Your Return Policy?

Please contact us at hello@metabolicheathco.ca for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.
