Black Ginger vs. Regular Ginger - What's The Difference?

So whats the difference between Black Ginger and "Regular" Ginger?  Belive it or not, the colour is just the tip of the iceberg.  While both forms of ginger can be considered nutrient dense, Black Ginger does have some other notable differences.

For starters, black ginger contains more antioxidants than regular ginger. Antioxidants can help to protect the body from free radical damage and just boost overall wellness.
